2001 7.3 injector cups/sleeves

I'm about to pick up a 01 7.3 and the only issues with it is there is an injector cup that's cracked, I looked and they are only $11-$16 a piece to replace them, has anyone had to replace them or had them replaced. If so how did you get the old ones out, the tool is ridiculously high priced and I prefer to do the work myself, if you had them replaced about how much was it.

Plenty of people have the tool, hell I'm sure someone near you has one you can borrow.

Call Jimbo. He has a very economically priced tool. Works great. I have done 3 sets with mine.

I bought the tool and all cups for like 250 on eBay and it worked really good
