2001 7.3 issues

Is it a stock fuel pump? 110 psi at the pump is a little extreme. I don't recall want the exact psi the stock pump puts out but that maybe the place to start

I checked pressure at the bowl and it's a 63 while idling, I picked up another engine from a friend that had a bad injector cup, so a known good running engine. I am going to swap injectors and all sensors and go from there. I looked at harness and found nothing. I have a friend bringing his scan tool over so I hope that sheds some light on things as well. Thanks again guys for the help, never owned a diesel before, most would get turned away, this is really teaching me lots about them. Pretty wild how this fuel system works.
