2002 7.3 motor........value??

Have a 7.3 in my 2002 truck with 169000 miles on it....has been chipped for probably 80000 miles....no major problems....doesn't use much oil....just wondering the value if I were wanting to part with it?....I looked through a lot of sites and really couldn't get a relative answer....any help is appreciated.

Looking back at my original post...I didn't clarify.....if I were to part it out what would the motor be worth?....sorry about the confusion.

Probably $500 parted, you might be better off selling it as a complete engine. Maybe $1500 in that case.
