I am selling my 2003 Ford Excursion Limited. It is black, 4wd 153,000 miles. It has a 31,000 mile 03 engine installed that I studded and deleted. No known issues with it at all other than paint peeling on the roof and front bumper but they will be repainted before selling. I am asking $16,500 obo.

get that SOB on the bay!

My '04 with 166k did $17,250

Granted, it had no paint issues and had AF wheels, but still...

If you could get somebody to fix the clear for a few hundred bucks, that truck will do high teens NO problem

Thats the plan, gonna happen Saturday hopefully. Already redid the roof and the bumper just has a little spot so I think im not going to worry about it.

If you don't mind saying, what did you get for it? I am thinking about selling my 02, just don't know if I will be able to get what I want for it.

Its sold now so I dont care lol. $14,250, everyone told me I could get more and I would see the same thing at dealers asking 18-22 but the paint wasn't perfect and its going to need tires soon so I let it go.

Well that makes me feel good. My paint is not perfect either but besides that and a small dent in the rear quarter panel next to the tail light it is in really good shape.

Grrr. It is getting harder and harder to justify keeping the Excursion now. Got my wife a minivan since the Ex was to high for her to lift the kids into and out of, so really don't have a "need" for it anymore.

Thanks for sharing.

Right, I thought about waxing it and putting some rims and tires on it and asking 22k but decided to take the money and run. I ended up with a ridiculous amount of time in it but not much money which is nice. Lol
