2004 6.0 reg cab long bed. Rough

I bought this 2004 6.0 not too long ago with plans of fixing it and making it a nice little dd to keep the miles off my nice truck. It will start and run. But that's about it. I hooked a scanner too it and it threw every Egr code imaginable and an injector code. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it but my plan was to figure that all out. Odometer reads 225000 miles if I remember correctly. The kid I bought it from says it ran great then he changed the oil and it started running worse and worse. That's about all the information I have. I'm thinking it's worth 3000 but I'm open to offers or potential trades for other powerstroke parts for a 6.7 only
