2008 f 250 steering wheel

What year steering wheels fit a 08. What I'm saying is can I fit a 2016-11 wheel on my truck. The controls can switch out between wheels from what I see.

I thought about this a long time ago and I am pretty sure that the newer wheels would not work. I don't remember 100 percent. Someone or somewhere on this forum it has been discussed though. Good luck, hopefully you find more concrete answers than I did.

I saw someone on IG put a newer wheel on a 6.4, just can't remember who... Let me see if I can find it. I'd like to do the same cause my wheel is trashed.

On the big in dash screen. Same place as the heated/cooled seats. Bottom right corner.

Well got a new leather wheel from a 15 for 240 online came with the switches but they will not work with the older trucks so I just switched over my harness and switches and everything is good. Much cheaper than getting a new leather wheel for a 08 to 10.
