2011 traction controll

So we got some snow here in NY and of course we all wanna go out and have fun but you can't have fun with TC on. I hit the button and it doesn't do anything no symbol on the dash nothin... What could I do to fix it

How long? I usually have to hold it for 5-10 seconds then it will flash advanced traction off or something of that wording.

That's what I heard too I tried it and still nothing. I read in the manual something about "my key" and traction controll but I cleared all the "my keys" and still nothing.... Idk

Just unplug the front drivers side abs sensor.

Won't it throw lights on the dash?

yup-two of them and your abs wont work. as soon as you plug it back in-all is good.
