That set has dual projectors, HI/LO HID, Amber Back Lit Halos, 4 RGB Front Facing Halos, RGB Controller, and Smoked Reflector.

They are in the $1400 range and you must include the original lights.

It did make noise but Rigid now provides these rubber isolators that go on the back of the bar and it stopped the noise.
