Unplug the EGR system when you are running emissions removed tuning. Should fix your issues. The only way to kill incoming air (what you guys are describing) is to close the throttle valve. Make sure it is unplugged, should fix your problem.

How Exactly Do you do this? I am new to the powerstrokes. On my duramax i had to buy a EGR blocker plate.

There is a orange plug on top of the egr on the passanger side of the motor.

And then hidden on the driver side is the other orange plug I have the plug tucked away from the fan but here is a crappy pic sorry I will go snap another one when I get home.

Ok cool so I just unplug those two things? Do i still need to get a egr blocker some day anyways after unplugging these?

From what I under stand its safe to just unplug those two until you do the full egr delete. or just the blocker plates on the tube. But i really don't know lol

Yes, please unplug both the above described harnesses. I would reference our install instructions online, but they are in the middle of a revamp and are not accessible right now.

The most important one to unplug is the throttle valve. Valve is found directly inline with the charge air coming into the engine. Plug is on the bottom of the pipe, down by the fan and somewhat hard to get to.

Quick question why would my urea pump still be pumping (after I shut the truck off you can hear it running) if I am running emission delete tuning?

Mine has been unplugged since I installed it.

Well, it turns out that there was a 2nd orange EGR sensor on some type of butterfly valve just in front of the fan. I unplugged that on Thursday and it fixed my issue. I called H&S tech help and they told me about it. I appreciate everyones help.
