2015 P24AO Code

I bought a 2015 6.7 last April with 51K on it. It just flipped 60K. I got in the truck after about a half hour of in town driving and the CEL is on, throwing a P24AO Closed Loop *** Regeneration Control At Limit - Temperature Too Low.

Any ideas or suggestions? Truck is under warranty.

Could just be a failed temp sensor. Really need to monitor temps and sensors to know.

Which temps and sensors? I know next to nothing about these. Should I get an Edge or similar to use as a monitor?

TorquePro with an MXOBDLink adapter is what I use. You can also use Forscan with that adapter. Those will be less expensive than the Edge. That adapter is around $100. Forscan is free and TorquePro is like $6.
