You do realize that 60 miles and 100 km are fv(&sing DISTANCES, not rates of travel, and 20 seconds to travel 60 miles is in the neighborhood of 10,800 miles per hour, which is a RATE of travel. If you are asking about time to 60 mph or 0 to 100 km/h, then ask that. Words mean things. The lack of words can change the entire meaning of the sentence or question.
