I hit 3500 miles in my 19 dually. It leaked water into the cab above the a-pillar 2 weeks after I brought it home. Took back to the dealer, and they couldn’t get it to leak again. It hasn’t rained since then, until now. Again, it’s leaking and I actually took pictures this time. I’m taking back to them tomorrow. Anyone have this issue?

Yes it is more than likely from the cab lights if you have them. You better get it fixed quick cause it will short out your speakers. Trust me as I have lived through it. My 2020 that I ordered does not have cab lights for that reason.

than more than likely coming through the cab lights. My 17 has both and dealer couldn't find the leak and replaced sunroof first and was still leaking and then cab lights and hasn't leaked since. I would've thought they had it fixed by 19 but I guess not. Glad I ordered my 2020 without cab lights!

I finally had a chance to drop it back off to the dealer. They dropped the headliner and ran a water hose over the top of the sunroof, cab lights, and windshield. It turns out the windshield wasn’t sealed correctly, and that’s where the leak is coming from. They’re sending it off to the local windshield guy to get repaired.

Looks familiar. The wife's Jeep Commander does the same thing when the sunroof drains freeze or plug up. Just saw your response, glad they found your issue.

Turned out ford missed adding the sealant to a spot about 3/8” long. The dealer sent it off to the local windshield shop, they removed it, then resealed it back. Looks like it’s good now.
