I find it hard to believe that a new model year production start date can have a truck on the lot for a customer in 15 days.

Takes 4 hours to assemble a toyota on the factory line, they cant do an F350 in 2 weeks?

I guess people forget that then the rail head/truck haul has to be ready to go, the truck loaded, driven to it's delivery destination, off loaded, dealer completes PDI and informs the "owner" that it's ready to go. And that's IF they have enough completed to fill the rail head/truck to that area.



Did you miss where I said "can have a truck on the lot for a customer in 15 days."??

So is the stx similar to an xlt or what is the differences? I haven’t looked at them much like the higher trims.

STX is just an appearance package. Chrome bumpers and grille. STX badging. On SRW and F350 DRW trucks it upgrades the wheels. On the XL the Velocity Blue color required the package. I optioned this one up slightly with cloth seats, power equipment group, power slider window, and a block heater was all. STX was several thousand cheaper.

Oh my, that is absolutely gorgeous!! The color reminds me of the “electric” blue that dodge put on their pickups in 98.5-01 timeframe. Have always loved that color and the Ford is very similar.
