Have been thinking of going to a wider stance on my truck for a while now, just can't decide how wide to go. And what I can get away with on tire height and width without rubbing too much. Have a 8" lift. So any help, pics and suggestions would be great. Would like to see what you guys are running out there with similar set ups. Will attach a pic of how the trucks stance now. Thanks for any help

If it was my truck I'd slap some 22x14 with a 37x13.50 and just deal with the rubbing....but I don't kno wat I'm really talking about...never really dealt with a lifted truck...I just like that setup

With an 8" lift, I believe you will have rubbing issues with a 14" wide wheel and a 37" tire. But it would look good. Don't mean to derail this thread but did you do anything to compensate for the drive angles when you went to the lift?

Yea I like the looks of a 22 also, had them on another truck, just wasn't a fan of the price for the tires lol....as for angles, everything was pretty good other than just shimming the carrier bearing down because of the 2 piece axle. But all of that came with the kit. And angles are spot on. Think 10" and on is where people start running in to drive line vibrations ect....But if I did run a 14" wide wheel, I could run a 35x13.50. Not sure if thatd look too squaty??

Here is 8 inches of lift, 38x15.5x20 tires, and 20x12 wheels...

12 for 37's and 14 for 40's. If I didn't have to drive down rock lease roads, I would have ran 12 wides.

I had to remove a sliver from my passenger side fender flare. It was something that should have been done with my 6 inch lift because now I don't even rub at full cock while turning up onto a driveway. No modification to the driver side flare and no trimming to the actual truck. My wheels have -44 offset.

Sounds good man, appreciate all the info! If you don't mind that I ask, who did your headlights?

I think the 12 wides would look great on there. The 14's really look best with huge lifts and 40's IMO
