Got a buddy thinking about running this setup on his 6oh whats the normal numbers on what this setup should put out?

Other parts will be

FL LPFP Setup

R/R

58V FICM

IDP ficm tunes

Trans

Diesel Site AD HPOP

Studded

Send the heads off etc

new oil cooler etc dummy plugs and all your normal 6oh parts you need.

Also we got another setup in mind.

S475

Dual HPOP's

Warren 350/100's

Pushrods valve springs etc

And all the other "supporting" mods that go along with that setup.

These are just some setups he been thinking about any input on these would be awesome.

The 210s and the barder will put it down for sure. My guess...650+... healthy shot of nitrous will put well above 800..... have pretty good street manners as well.... guess it depends on what he plans to do with it. Street truck.... or dedicated drag/puller....

Depending on what your goals are?

He doesn't have no "goals" really he just wants to be a "High HP" truck LOL truck is a 03 F-350 4x4 CCSB

going try to keep it "clean" fuel only he will be driving as a somewhat DD.

so the 210/75's/68 650+? what the max fuel a 68 VGT can do 225/100's?

350/100's/S475 and supporting mods? 750+?

I see you got 350/100's and S475 how it run did you ever take it to the track or dyno?

I'm guessing the 475 will be smokey down low and laggy. Would not be fun to drive around town I'm sure. I'd do the 68

I wouldn't go any bigger than the 225's on the 68..I believe even the 225 are a bit big for the 68 from what I've been told. I believe 190s-205s are ideal for a 68. I'm currently in that dilemma myself I have a KC 68 and trying to decide what injector to upgrade my 155s to be able to.

255/100, s467.7, nitrous......

700ish on fuel, might be able to hit 900 on the bottle. No need for twin pumps just do the adrenaline.

225/75 and have your tuner pull some fuel.

My truck does a lot better on the street then you would think. All in the tuning if you want the 350/100s 75mm on the street. If you know how to control your right foot As well. The injectors that are in it now are actually 350/150 hybrids with 7mm plungers so i can't speak on how those do on the street as a dd just yet, because I haven't driven on the street yet. Should be driving by the end of next week if the weather straightens out down here in western maryland. Will let you know how it does with 350/150 hybrids.

Stock For now but eventually a diesel site pump. The earlier pumps tend to hold pressure a little better if Ircc. I haven't checked icp on my injectors yet

I thought earlier pumps did better but not positive. I'll see what icp looks like when I can get ae hooked up

I was always told...even Tadd at elite told me....that the earlier pumps can handle a larger cc injector better:shrug:

Now you got me all confused... I thought that was one of the reasons they switched up a lot of stuff on the newer ones because of the issues the 03s had, as in the newer style oil rails, etc...

personally I've heard more issues with the '05+ pumps than the early ones. I've got a lot of buddy's with early build trucks with the early pumps with well over 150K miles and are still on the original hpop with no issue. 80k on mine and not one issue...so idk. Tadd told me that like about 5 years ago or so. I even remember on Elites website for injector listings they had....they had said that 03-04 trucks could handle 225cc injectors and 05+ trucks could only handle 205cc injectors due to the different hpop.
