yes it is a reman unit, ford doesn't offer new any longer. ford warranty is 2 years from purchase date good at any for dealer. and yes once we receive the core back we do the refund same day or within the next business day.

what I quoted was the overhaul kit part #BU2Z-7V575-A there is a seal kit that wont include any of the steel clutches which is part # BC3Z-7153-F at $160.18
