Yeah, this is what I was talking about. Nobody said you CANT do it. It doesnt work very well though. Crawling on fairly smooth offroad terrain the 4"/37" combo would be functional. Throw in some rougher surface like a choppy pasture and if you need to turn up past 3mph you WILL bite a spring or fender. The fenders would be chewed pretty damn good on the trailing edge. I ran 40's on a six inch lift so Im all for trying things out of the ordinary but the functionality at any kind of speed was less than if I put a useable tire size on for the six inch lift. I dont like the idea of jamming a tire on that will 'fit' and then go to cross a steep ditch and find out I cant turn while traversing because Ive only got 15* of useable steering either direction. Kinda defeats the purpose of lifting and putting on bigger tires. These mods were always about GAINING functionality for me not trading ground clearance for maneuverability. Or vice versa. Fwiw, Ive got 260k on my skyjacker lift and the only thing Ive broken is shocks(duh) and my rear spring pack has a cracked leaf on each side from not running traction bars
