Has anyone run a 3 inch lift with 22x12s and 35x12.5 tires and -44mm offset. I have a 2010 extended cab. Just ordered the above. Just wondering how much I'm going to have to trim

oh wow, i thought you would have to trim.....from what ive read and I guess every truck is different, but with a 12 wide a 33 is about as big as you can go without trimming. but I could be wrong on that

I had 12 wide with 33's and lowered 2 inches without trimming. Now have 10 wides with 35's and runs a little at full lock if I hit bump. Still lowered.

I will say that 35x13.50 Toyo RTs on 20x12s with a -44 and a 4.5in lift will clear 100% with no trimming, if you tie back the fender liner.

Also, 37x12.50 Toyo MTs will clear with 20x9 wheels with 0 offset with no running on the same 4.5in

Tire brand does make a difference. I had 295/55-20 trail grapplers on the 12" wides.

Trimming will be involved... a bunch. I had to really get creative with mine to work right: front bumper spacers, fender liner pulled back and trimming on lower fenders. The drivers side is where it will rub as the bumper actually is pulled in about an inch more than the passenger side. Weird I kbow but that is how the truck is made.
Btw: I have 35x13 tires... touch wider than 12.50s on a 22x12 -40

Yes they do. No stupid bumper bracket to get in the way, also the bumper doesnt wrap around as far on a six four
