4r100 P0715/P0717 trouble codes.

Hello all, hoping to get some help here. Story, is I had a converter fail on me. I rebuilt the trans and a new converter. Upon installation and first drive. I have the above codes. I've already verified that transmission harness is good. TSS + OSS sensors both ohmed within specification. The TSS reads in reverse and manual first. Manual 2nd isn't doing anything at all, no reading and no movement. In drive, after clearing codes TSS will read for a split second and the cut off. Have a feeling trans needs to come out again. Have pulled the pan and fluid looks good. Shifts good into all 4 gears, and downshifts through gears.

P0715 indicates that there is an electrical fault in the TSS circuit. It CANNOT be anything inside the trans. Either the sensor is bad, the wiring harness has a fault, or the PCM has failed. It's one of those three. The P0717 is there because with the electrical fault it isn't seeing a signal.

My money is on the wiring harness being the problem.

How did you prove the wiring harness is fine?

How did you prove the wiring harness is fine?

I removed harness from the truck, stripped all the loom off. Tested each wire with a test light as well ohmed each one with my fluke multimeter. Didn't find any bad wires. All the electrical plugs are in acceptable condition and lock when you snap them in. I have another harness from a different truck and am tempted to throw it on to see what happens.
