I will look into a Hydra probly right now is not a lot of $$$ for a new programmer right now

Get a Hydra ASAP it helped me out a whole lot when I had my 7.3 since I was getting reversions from Swamps every few days.

Download the tune from the email open hydra flash,flash tune on to the chip and boom good to go takes less than 5 mins.

I can't imagine having a TS that truck would have never been on the road at all LOL.

I have a Ford HD reman in my 12v cummins (about 400hp) when I installed it I did a DPC converter and transgo VB. Shifts are firm and she has been living a good life so far. I will say I do have full control of the Transmission since I'm running a PCS controller but that just makes changing shift points/firmness eaiser.
