4x4 won't engage

UPDATE*
after ruling out the t case motor or the t case itself i found myself taking off the passenger side hub and immediately found out something wasnt right..it had come apart in the hub. a couple of teeth on the inside broke and screwed up the whole ball game. i thought warn was a good product? any ways i call summit racing (who i ordered them from) and talked to some jack wagon who said he would call warn tomorrow because he wasnt sure warn had a warranty on hubs..i was under the assumption that they had a lifetime warranty...thats what it even says on their website as i found out a while ago...oh well will see what happens if they call me back tomorrow.
