I know Hellmann has one as does Spearco, Mishimoto, Banks etc. Also think No Limit is working on one..

What results have you guys seen in the real world? I know Danny says he saw an honest 75-100 degree drop in egts unloaded and more loaded with his from Hellmann...

Just would like some more input.

I saw about 100 degree drop. More or less I think it's an insurance thing to get the aftermarket ones so the tanks don't blow out.

Not to mention the Spearco Buddy let me use 'til I got my Hellmann blew up like a balloon with the Procharger. The Hellmann one didn't budge. I sent the Spearco to Hellmann to get fixed for Buddy. LOL

Iv had a banks since iv owned it
It's pretty big and I hate the cac pipes there so big and a pain in the rear to get line up with these non Vgt set ups.

I heard tyler had the same problem with a sparco with the procharger

What's the word on the no limit?

I do know that the Hellmann cooler I had on my 7.3 held up to 62 psi no problem.

I don't like the big cac tubes either nor did they fit with my non Vgt well either, so I cut and re-fitted the hot side. Much better now.

Isn't the Hellmann IC smaller than the factory IC? I know the Spearco is mucho grande.

As far as tank ballooning goes, a guy could TIG in a couple 3/8 rods through the tank faces to help give them support.

You, hands down, have one of the best looking trucks I have ever seen. Nice man.

The newer Spearco IC come with cast aluminum tanks instead of the original style fabricated sheet aluminum end tanks, the cast doesn't look as nice but it won't flex under pressure (and once it's installed you can't see it anyway).

I have ran a Banks since I bought it from Gene (Weweld) long time ago.

It was an earier version before they came out with the different pipe...I hated the elbow boot.

With the twins now, I made my own piping on both sides of the cooler. V-banded it at the turbo outlet, and at the intake elbow. Only boots now are right at the intercooler connections to allow for engine movement.

Has held 70 psi+ so far. (Average is about 62psi)
