Sarcasm.... The op was upset at bully dog for wanting to charge him for something they had not done. They didn't flash the truck or loose the program.

woW cant believe all the hate! get a new card, format it on your computer, Bully Dog has the files on their website, download them to your new card, Install it in your BD and plug it into computer and do the update, You should be all set. Worked on my BD PMT.
Guys & gals we should not care if he runs an old Texas Instruments 99 on the passenger seat with backwoods redneck files, Its his truck! SCT is great..with custom tunes, the Bully Dog does pretty well right out of the box. I've run both. Each has its pros and cons.

yea I dont need the bully dog just need to get it working too sale it. i have a 6.4 with spartan on it. the bully dog was on a 6.0 and it caught on fire and burnt to the ground.
