6.0 showing code P0265

Bought this truck from a friend, we were both under the impression that the motor might have been locked up. Well it wasn't. #6 injector wasn't seated down properly and was causing a hydro lock. I've noticed that's it has been starting to crank a lot harder than what I think it should in the mornings, it's not cold outside my morning temps range from 77 degrees Fahrenheit to 83 but after it warms up it starts running fine until today. Went and filled up the tank and I noticed it was idling rough at the pump. Then on the drive to town between 1500 and 2000rpm it would start to run really rough when I pushed the gas. Anyways I got to my meeting and shut it off for a for about 45 minutes and now it won't start. It's showing the code P0265 #2 injector high circuit. Is there a chance the FICM may have taken a crap on me? The truck had sat for a good few months. need help quick I had to wake a friend of mine up at 11pm to ask for a loaner.. And a tow home.
