6.4 Diesel custom cab swap help

I'm thinking of cab swapping a International Loadstar truck cab on a F350, F450 or F550 chassis and would like to use a 6.4 (Navistar engine, International cab just my preference). Would I need a custom wire harness? How much stuff would I need to transfer over from the Ford cab to the IH cab to make everything work and be happy? If there's a website or someone who's really well versed in this if you could point me there way I'd appreciate it.
