New 2018 6.7 Long Block is in the 17'. Had the crank gear TIG welded and did the H&S Motorsports oil pressure regulator. Just waiting on the fuel system to come back from exergy. The injectors checked out fine and the cp4/10mm pump test we should know by tomorrow. The S480 got rebuilt by FI and a Fleece Cheetah VGT is on the way. I still personally think my 10mm needs rebuilt or replaced so we will see what exergy says....

Hopefully the truck is back together sometime in the next 2 weeks and running. Then off to a new home it goes. I'm jealous of the new owner since the truck will have an even more proper/reliable setup on it than when I owned it, oh well!

Well here's my old engine that seized. Took the pan off. Bearing material & Metal everywhere. Multiple rod and main bearings are toast. It definitely had a lack of lubrication which signifies loss of oil pressure. Pretty sure my oil pump quit.

Truck is back. Runs great. Rail pressure issued is resolved now, by adding the S&S Gen 2 Bypass kit we actually figured out we had the return setup done wrong in the first place (face palm moment). Has a new fleece cheetah VGT in the valley now too. I've missed the truck but a new one will be coming soon so hopefully it gets sold off this weekend.

So with the pump working correctly what do you think it woulda put down for power?

850 easy, maybe Closer to 900 on a bigger 1700-1800us tune. The biggest tune on the current file is 1450us which made 760 dropping rail. It probably makes 800 or a little more with full RP on 1450 I bet now
