I'm running a 6.4 manifold on truck right now. I had a ported 6.0 on it and wanted to see if I could tell the difference. The ported 6.0 was done by myself with the egr removed cut in half, milled and chamfered. The 6.4 manifold I removed the bolt posts on the inner part, to reduce air resistance. I noticed EGT's lower by about 100 degrees more then the ported 6.0. I was some work to get it to work, welded the alternator bracket off a junk 6.0 manifold, and moved some sensor buns. I also welded the elbow on to the manifold, just so I didn't have to make a adapter.
