6.4 light blue smoke

Hi I have 2010 f350 130,000 miles and the truck blows light blue smoke once and awhile but seems to be more common no lights on truck runs great I was thinking injectors any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Injectors won’t be blue that’s oil-ish smoke. Check compression for ring clearance otherwise check heads for valve stem seals.
