I have had that happen to me twice. No rhyme or reason got in tried starting the truck saw the blinking light got out used the jumper wire and it fired right up. I seemed to only happen when I was running 1 battery. Now that I have two back in the truck it has not happened in over a year.

mine was also caused by a voltage problem now that you mention it...

Where exactly are you jumping from/ to?

on the wire harness that runs from the passenger side battery down to the starter, there is a round bullet connector (close to the battery tray). Separate the connector and touch the side that heads down to the starter, to the positive post on the battery and the truck will crank. If the ignition is in the run position when you do this, with any luck it will fire.

I haven't got my truck back yet but they got the PATS and PCM figured out and they said it took care of the fuel pressure issue!

Thanks for the help.
