I recently purchased a 2009 Reg cab 4x4 F250, I am using what parts I can salvage from my 6L build, Cam & valve train, built 5R110, and BD manifolds. I also picked up a few items on here a set of R&R rods, sun coast flex, bd up pipes. elite 65hp 8 Hole nozzles. and a waste gate. I am planning on a full DFC built long block with oringed (maybe ported) heads. cut and coated pistons. Ported manifold and HD lifters through WPE. And a precision BB 76/75 turbo that I wanna run in a non VGT compound setup.

I was thinking 363 SXE for a hp. I was wondering if I could get opinions on if a 64/66 precision BB would work in this setup? I wanna build a clean running street truck with good manners. Only plan on one K16 and no nitrous for now...

Should be fun, unless you have a really good hpfp or run a lower pw tune you will most likely not maintain rail pressure. I see people say they hold full rp all the time with 30% nozzles but I never could, even on a pretty new pump. Imo you will do just as good with stock nozzles. Only thing I gained with 30% was lower egts, because rp was down to 18/19k, track times stayed the same.
Either way you go it should be a fun truck, my brother has a bone stock rc 2wd we picked up 2 years ago. We just got it going, replaced 4 injectors , tuned , and put my 420s on, it's a freakin blast to play on. Never has traction...lol.

ya I'm planning on backing off PW, I think u gain spool up with nozzles too. I think its easier on the engine to get the same fuel in with a shorter PW. thats why the cooler egt's.
