6.7 lift with a lean

When people have a "lean" to their trucks where the backs lower than the front do they do that with air shocks or by ya 4inch lift for the back and a 6inch for the front? Or do they extend the coil covers? I really like that look but I don't know how the lean is created.

Either don't do that to your truck or please make sure you re-aim the headlights so you don't blind everyone in oncoming traffic. Every time I see that it makes me want to throw the wheel over and thin the gene pool for the better

You'd just buy a smaller block than what comes in the kit for the rear, or just buy a coil spacer for the front if you wanted to do it that way.

The guys that do the insane amounts of lean just put the lift of the front and just leave the back stock. I wouldn't do that, but its your truck.
