6.7 TD Tuning MPD 64sxe turbo

Having an issue with a 2011 6.7. Truck has mini with Tyrant tunes, MPD 64sxe turbo. Lost all low end power. No codes. Once the truck hits approx 2100rpm or about 7psi will take off and run great. Was working well and just one day changed. It is not smoky at low rpms. IDS commanded rail pressure matches actual. Was told possibly weak high pressure fuel pump? I find hard to believe since actual rail pressure matches commanded. Will not run HIGH pressure test with IDS. Stalls out as soon as starts to run the test. So tried another tuned truck and does the same. Tuned truck may not be able to run IDS high pressure test. Put back to stock tuning and ran HPFP test passes everything except the last stage bleed down. Pressure test for intake boost leaks no leaks. At a loss. Did try and change fuel volume solenoid from another truck with no change. No codes. Installed new MAP/ boost sensor with no change. Any advice or thing to check would be great. No smoke at low rpms leads ne to no fuel for some reason?? Thank you for any leads you may have.

we can try another tune from GH as a test and see if that fixes .
