if your description is correct and spot on, sounds like you threw a rod or maybe two, check for holes in the block, and pieces on the ground

Best way to check is to suck really hard on the tail pipe, If you can't hear the turbo spin up then its shot.

I generally advise customers to blow the tailpipe instead of suck. Reduces the chances of piston to valve contact on cylinder 4 & 7. Also, according to TSB 09-26-13 it is recommended that you cradle the muffler while working the pipe.
At the end of the day, it's really whatever gets the job done.

I understand your logic, but I don't agree with it.
For troubleshooting purposes you want BP/Boost ratio to be as high as possible.
Blowing on the tailpipe is also a great way to force urea into the cylinders and prevent carbon buildup on the exhaust valves.
Bill Hewitt told me so.

No codes turbo is making whining noise at idle and while going if you go over 2000 rpm's the whining will stop making normal boost as I said no CEL no Hard or soft codes at all. Took it to ford (Mod Friendly) The told me that IDS doesnt want to communicate with the PCM and TCM.. They also told me that there is a special DTC that IDS picks up and sends the info of the truck straight to ford corporate.
