No codes turbo is making whining noise at idle and while going if you go over 2000 rpm's the whining will stop making normal boost as I said no CEL no Hard or soft codes at all. Took it to ford (Mod Friendly) The told me that IDS doesnt want to communicate with the PCM and TCM.. They also told me that there is a special DTC that IDS picks up and sends the info of the truck straight to ford corporate.
No there isn't. My truck has been hooked to IDS multiple times while tuned with no communication problems. I remember Eric larch's saying that his dad's truck was doing the same thing and it ended up being a turbo.

Are you being serious or not right now because I can't tell

i think he's being scared of fomoco finding out he's deleted.

dont worry dude, your dealer is the only worry you have, and you're good there.

I don't like using warranty this was the second warranty job I ever did first was my 6.4 trans I was towing my trailer and it went. Dont know how though the truck only had the 210 tow spartan tune on at the time. and this 6.7 turbo gonna be the second. I haul trailers everyday so I guess its wear and tear.

ours is on the 3rd turbo, 2 happed before deleted, then one shortly after, now it has the "new and improved" design on it so we will see how long it lasts.

ours is a lemon tho, everything updatedon the new 2015's is what weve had go out on ours

Its the dual wheel design on a single shaft. Even when its "hyper balanced" it still puts more pressure on one side of the turbo vs the other causing the bearing to fail. It also spins at a super high speed even compared to other turbos.
