I'm pretty confident Elite is the only company doing that, if they still are. It's a custom crank grind and piston set.

Stock engine was lasting way too long even though I was constantly beating the crap out of it try's by blow it up in proper dan fashion! Lololol So we too it to the Armor INC dyno to see what would happen.... it took 1169HP before bearings spun! Didn't even pitch a rod thanks to Proven Diesels tunes! Like whatttttt????? 1169hp out of a stock 6.7 engine with compounds dual fuel and nitrous? Here's some of the fun:
