I'm making this thread due to how difficult it is to find information on this specific configuration....hence the overly detailed title.
I installed a Carli Commuter kit with a 4.5" PMF rear block (2.5 deg taper), instead of the rear spring pack.
I'm running 37x12.5r20 Toyo RT's on stock wheels and have very minimum rubbing on my radius arms at full lock. I measured a 2" loss of turning each way. I'm running 40psi in the front and 35psi in the rear. I have zero rubbing other than the radius arms and I've been offroad several times.
I'm very happy with the kit and built it specifically to make a comfortable daily driver. The install was a breeze and took 3 hrs with an extra set of hands. It would've been less if I had used a lift but opted to do it in my driveway.
The Toyo RT's are phenomenal and I've ran just about every tire you can think of. I went with 37's to help with the ride and absorb small cracks/divots in the road.
Below you will find various measurements for those who need them.
Stock with stock tires:
Lifted with stock tires:
Lifted with 37" Toyo RT's at 40/35 psi:
The truck is now 7' tall....just shy if I recall correctly. I'll update this thread with an exact height later today.
