I'm making this thread due to how difficult it is to find information on this specific configuration....hence the overly detailed title.

I installed a Carli Commuter kit with a 4.5" PMF rear block (2.5 deg taper), instead of the rear spring pack.

I'm running 37x12.5r20 Toyo RT's on stock wheels and have very minimum rubbing on my radius arms at full lock. I measured a 2" loss of turning each way. I'm running 40psi in the front and 35psi in the rear. I have zero rubbing other than the radius arms and I've been offroad several times.

I'm very happy with the kit and built it specifically to make a comfortable daily driver. The install was a breeze and took 3 hrs with an extra set of hands. It would've been less if I had used a lift but opted to do it in my driveway.

The Toyo RT's are phenomenal and I've ran just about every tire you can think of. I went with 37's to help with the ride and absorb small cracks/divots in the road.

Below you will find various measurements for those who need them.

The truck is now 7' tall....just shy if I recall correctly. I'll update this thread with an exact height later today.

Very nice.
How's the ride?
Thanks for the measurements,very helpful

Truck rides phenomenal. It's several times more controlled and smoother than the stock ride. I've been through a ridiculous amount of lift kits through my life and the ride quality on this is insane.

Carli HANDS DOWN if people want 2.5in or 4.5in lifts. There's nothing better IMHO. Sages shock tuning is second to none.

Thanks for all the information.I will be copying this setup with the exception of tire size was thinking a 12.50 /35/20 will be better for my needs.

Great looking truck. I want to pull the trigger so bad, but I still have a lot life left in these stock Toyo's. Nice to see somebody got a nice ride quality without the Kings and Deavers.

I take that back. I just realized you said you installed the commuter kit, which includes the deavers. Still a damn good looking truck.

It confused me a little. I saw the pictures and it looked like they were stock rear leafs. Cool though. So my assumption was correct. Still happy with the ride?
