Not to derail. But that setup looks nice. Also I have also wondered what that color really looks like. That last pic shows it really good, looks great.

8 inch superlift rides good, suprisingly. Not as good as my 08 but good for leaf springs 37 inch tires

Damn haha good looking truck man.....who makes the 5.5 lift?

Icon. You can get it thru Performance Truck Products. It's the 4.5" lift with the 1" spacer. I plan on getting the same thing sooner or later.

I think it depends on the wheels and tires with a 6in lift. It also depends on lift brand. Procomp seems to sit really high from every truck I've seen with there lift. I have a 6in lift with deaver springs (ICON) and 20x12's with 35's and it looks great. Not to much lift at all. If I had a procomp lift I'm pretty sure my tires would look retarded on here. I can still get the tires to rub with this setup also so 37's are out of the question on my setup.

Here is another reference my old red muddy truck with 8in icon and 38's.The burgandy truck below it has the same exact tires and a 8in procomp lift. His truck sits a lot higher as you can see and clears the tires better.

Your rub issue has ever thing to do with the 12" wide wheels. Look how far your tires hang out from the wheel wells.
