Some points:
Injectors: will likley need 200% nozzle injectors so think 300cc/200% hybrids
Turbo: You need a turbo with a min of a 72mm turbo so think something like a min of a gt4294. It can just get you there based on a couple trap speed/vehicle weight
HPOP Oil: SPR1 or larger if you want the max response from the injectors.
Head studs: ARP or A-1 H11
Valve Springs: 910s or something that gives 130+lb seat pressure
Push Rods: Might as well since you are in there: Smith Bros or comp
Fuel Pump: Walbro min, Dual Stock Boschs, Fuelab, Bosch 044
Fuel system: 5/8PU or Sump, Full Reg Retun, 2 stage filtration Water-fuel Sep/Final 2-3mic filter
Transmission: proper clutch for manual: Valair/SouthBend or Auto: BTS/JW/Twisted Trans
Rods: min factory forged / ideal Aftermarket perf
You absolutely CAN tow whatever you want within the factory limits of the truck with a 600HP engine if you use the least bit of common sense. Anyone that says otherwise obviously is not speaking from experience. There are numerous people with well over 500Hp that tow HEAVY all the time with no issues. Yet once again there is a HUGE dif between a engine MAX power its capable of vs what is actually used. Unless you are driving with your foot to the floor and holding steady speed and RPM you are NOT using all your engines power. In fact only a very small fraction is usually used for anything but hard acceleration and that is where a person using common sense comes into play.
