7.3 intermittent miss

Posting for a buddy,

Truck is a 1997 7.3 cclb. It developed a miss right after a chip was installed. The chip was removed and made no difference with the Miss. it happens at all temps and has no white / blue smoke.

Parts replaced-
New ford cps
Ford uvch
New rosewood 160/30 injectors
Swapped pcm & idm with known good one
Swapped ipr with a good one and replaced wiring
E fuel installed

He says it seems to miss worse when cold. There's no codes when I scanned it with my AE. Icp has no oil in it and icp% & ipr D.C. Are fine.

Any ideas where to look next?

What's the fuel pressure I had one where after 200cc injector install we was sucking air and not getting volume of fuel needed just throwing that out there

If I remember correctly we did a cct and it was fine. I haven't done it since the injectors were installed.

He checked and it's 65 psi. He also replaced both fuel tanks and replaced the puck up tubes. It has the same issue with the stock fuel system.
