7.3 jumpy fuel pressure

Hey guys I've got an issue that has me stumped. I've got a 02 7.3 with jumpy fuel pressure. I'm reading pressure off of a dp tuner infinity. The pressure at idle stays kinda steady at 65-67 psi. But with a load it runs from 50 to 73. It's very fast to make that jump as well.

So where's your sender plumbed in at?

It's plumbed in the post filter side of the fuel bowl.

Have you ever cleaned the filters in the tank.

The truck has the strictly pre pump kit. And the fpr has been rebuilt with guzzles billet fpr. Also has a brand new ford pump on it.

My guess is that its pulling air somewhere.. may want to look at the in-tank plumbing.

Pulled the fuel line off and dropped it in a jug of diesel and pressure without starting the engine stayed at 67.8 and 67.7 psi.
