7.3 loosing coolant don't know where its going

new to the page so bear with me. i have a 2002 f250 7.3 heres whats going on so far here are the facts
1: coolant in reseverior is gone
2: seen that it was burning whitish/ hint of blue when fired up this morning and did NOT stop until i shut the truck down
3: my milage dropped down from 19 to 12 in the last 2 weeks
4: had an issue on takeoff with no power but once i got moving it was fine
5: hard starts for the last month or 2
6: dumped the oil filled up to about 6 gallons all black still, water was on oil fill cap

Possibly injector cups.

but will injector cups cause coolant to go down into the oil pan?

your coolant isn't in the oil pan or the oil would be caramel.

ok so could it be diesel mixing it to the oil and coolant being burned due to a blown injector? i have 181k on it and i do drive it hard. custom tunes also.

did the oil smell like diesel? i had an issue where i had fuel getting into my oil and i had plumes of white smoke at start up until i got a little heat in and i mean plumes of white. i had blown o-rings on multiple injectors. fixed the o-rings and no more fuel in oil or plumes of white.

but did your oil smell like fuel?

yes it did and it was all black no water mixed in at all

ok well theres a couple things. cracked cylinder could be how the fuel is getting into the oil or it could be o-rings like mine was. compression test will tell you if its a cracked cylinder or not. cylinder wall could be bad allowing coolant into the cylinder. injector cups do sound like a culprit though. check your coolant bottle and see if it smells like fuel or oil. it would probably have a black film floating on top of the coolant if it does.

For that much to leave, its leaving under pressure. If water not going on the ground and you appear to have it in the oil, start with a pressure test of the cooling system.

He said he has fuel in the oil. No coolant in oil. I'm still thinking injector o-rings and cups.

Everything needs to be checked. if theres coolant sludge under the oil fill cap, pull the valve covers and I bet theres more. The water may not be running in oil at high volume, but its in there.

so its been months lol mike at mikes diesel performance built my motor, the block and head where cracked.
