I never saw the flow sheet the first time, just "they were nasty inside but they flowed almost perfect"

Tim was a nice guy and great to deal with but I just don't understand what happened to the injectors.

Are you saying you flow your own or I should send them to swamps?

They are probably fine, your guy doing the work is having the issue.

So my buddy flowed them wrong or something? Ill try to contact Tim and see if maybe he still has the flow sheet.

Is there anything I could have done wrong that would've messed the injectors up that bad?

Sitting an injector on a flow bench and running the test is not rocket science. In my mind, there is no reason yet to doubt PIS claim that they ran fine, or your other shop, but the sheet is not showing that they 'flow perfect'. Someone is not right..

Back to the no start, there still appears to be a fuel or ICP creation/control issue somewhere. As was said, the truck should start even with those injectors.

Why were the injectors changed in the first place? Did you have a no or poor start issue then?

I dont know. I dont know who flowed them the second time.

ICP can be low for many reasons. But even if 5 injectors were "bad" the truck would still run, just run like ****.

Swamps has a great flow sheet that lays out no start issues perfect... Its what I use...

Considering it's pertinence to this thread and the fact that I would like to see it, would you post a link of the no start flo chart from Swamps?

Question you said it has a chip. You said you messed with the chip to make sure it was OK. I assume you checked it was seated solidly etc. Did you try and take the chip completely out and start the truck. Even with stock tunes it should start and if the chip somehow got screwed up and keeping it in could be an issue and its sure very easy to test.

The thing is one of these trucks running there is just not that many things that it can be.

If you do not have enough HPOP pressure or a bad signal of the pressure it will not start . HPOP ICP IPR

If you do not have a CPS signal it will not start

If you do not have fuel getting into the injector it will not start.

If you do not have proper IDM/PCM communication it will not start.

HPOP oil pressure, fuel, Injector power and communication.

Even crap injectors would likely start or at least stumble badly but to just free crank with nothing even sounding like its starting to fire.................

I too would like to see that no start flow chart as well. I love having good complete things like that handy to keep me from stupid is and stupid does kind of stuff.

I unplugged the chip and it still didn't start.

Let me clear the air though, the truck acted like it wanted to start, just never did.

If its not fixed here soon I'm going to bring it back home and take you up on they AE offer smokin99stroke

Pull the vc off , see if you have any oil leaking out of the injectors from either the weep hole on the side or if its squirting out from under the cap. While cranking
sent while looking at a hole in my block
