7.3 no start

Well i got a 03 7.3 new fuel pump,starter,glow plugs new valve cover gasket new pcm new idm new icp sensor new ipr new cps new batteries all fuses in cab check out the fuel cutoff switch is not engaged but acts like a kill switch or a under hood fuse some were...ford parts sensors came out of my buddys spare motor that ran. .. fresh oil change hpop full truck ran great got cold and stared giveing me problems found out my idm has a little plug in it that fell out think the moisture took it out why im thinking a fuse under hood some were but only thing i see under hood electrical wise is 3 relay looking things gott video. Yes people i know either is bad but its lubercated eather and wd40 just used it to show it wants to fire but seems like it cant also no smoke. .maby why im leaning to a hidden fuse or something my email address is [email protected] i have a mp4 video of it trying to start if anayone could help me out id appreciate it :wtf:

Do you have any way to monitor cranking ICP?

Im almost 100% its a blow relay or fuse if it was mechanical problem it would fire with eather im just stumed cant seem to find a late 03 7.3 wire digram ny Haneys boox and my many google attemps only show me the digram with yhe under hood fuse box i only jave 2 small boxes by master cylinder that have relays in them but my idm shorted out ..got a new one and now i gotta track down the fault

If you have changed all of those electronics, you need to make sure you are getting enough ICP to start. The injectors need to see 500psi to fire. No smoke means no fuel, so you know they aren't trying to fire.
