7.3 turbo and related parts

I'm working on a 2002 7.3 that needs some turbo work, I would like to replace the turbo, up pipes and install a ******d pedistal. Truck has all gauges, 4" turbo back and 6673. Would like to upgrade to something better than stock for the turbo. This truck doesn't get raced, it's a daily driver that tows occasionally.
I'm open to all suggestions.

eBay sells the blank pedestal and the bellow up pipes are everywhere. Riff Raff sells both too.

Are the up pipes with the flex section good ones? They have stainless bellowed up pipes with the flex section on eBay for a really good price.

Maybe look into the Dieselsite billet 38r. The KC38r seems pretty good too.
