Most 02's I've heard are quieter, they have more of a knock sound that's more prominent than injectors clicking. Mine is the loudest '02 ive heard injector noise wise. It's actually louder by the hood than the 565 isx cummins in my Pete.

01-03 has way better in dash cup holders. Got to love the pre 2001 design. Rounding a corner and having your hot coffee empty onto your legs.:fustrate:

My 02 isnt quiet by any means but not as noisy as the 99's I agree.

The pre-2001 is not to be confused with a cup holder. It is a cup thrower. Later model one is a drop in replacement though. To date it is still one of the best mods I have done to my truck.

AMEN! I cant tell you how many times in my friends trucks they chucked a drink...lol I love my 02
