Hey guys, trying to narrow down a new turbo for my setup. I have 400/400 injectors with 10 over pistons to boot. I'd like to stick with a 75mm charger just don't know what's more practical, a 87mm or 92mm turbine? I was thinking a 87 with a 1.1 housing. I have a 96 with a .90 and back pressure is through the roof. Truck is Dailey driven. Thanks!

If back presure is thru the roof now with your 96mm turbine and .90 housing , it's really going to be bad with an even smaller 87 or 92 turbine
The wheel size has the most effect on back presure.
You could go with a 87 or 92 but you'd Prob have to run a gate somewhere to relive the drive pressure.

I was contributing the back pressure to the tight housing and no so much the wheel. A bigger housing on a little bit smaller wheel and was hopping it would be alright

Just put a bigger AR exaust housing on the 96 turbine.

You put a 1.10 on a 87 or 92 turbine you'll probley just be back where you started.
