95 7.3 no start

So I have a 1995 f250 7.3 122,000 miles I left the hood open one night and it rained pretty hard and since I haven't been able to get it to start cranks just fine..checked the idm with another that I knew was good still no start the glow plug relay was humming pretty loud so I replaced it and it's still humming with no start also something is clicking rapidly while it's cranking..what else do I need to be checking?

Check you wiring for moisture, if wet spray with WD40 or Silicon spray to displace any water. Sound like it got seriously wet if it cranks but won't fire.

Check your ground and the straps from engine to frame. You've a short somewhere.
