Started with a 1995 f350 cclb 4x4 7.3 auto. I sold my 2003 7.3 wanting to go backwards in time and picked this truck up off Craigslist. $4500 with 228k miles but it had a good foundation at least so I thought. Had a few issues but ran and drove good, one day the hpop failed. T500 fixed that then then the trans crapped the bed. New trans in and all is good then the psom was having issues so had the cluster fixed. Then the radiator strap went into the fan which took out the harmonic balancer, radiator, and fan. New radiator, balancer and 6.0 fan installed. After these few issues the truck has been flawless except for the ride. 07 axles 4.10 gears picked up at the local wrecking yard $1100 for everything needed to install it in minus bolts and drill bits. Oh and while I was at the wrecking yard picking up my axles and suspension they had a set of 05 leather seats $500 and off I went $1600 later I had new seats and axles. Some pics for your pleasure.

Also picked up a intercooler, stock ic pipes to be modified, cfm intake spyder with 3" plenums, bellowed up pipes, 38r with epbv ****** and ****** pedestal, 4" diamond eye exhaust all sitting in the garage waiting for time.

Last pieces of the puzzle will be electric fuel and injectors but undecided on size so I have time to get everything else done first before that decision gets made.

Very nice! Hope to be doing my swap within the next month. What size tire? What did you do as far as lift/ leveling? Did you just use all stock parts or need any drop brackets?

Ride definitely a huge improvement over the lead springs but I didn't have a rsk so that would have helped from what I've gathered. I'm running a 2.5" front top coil spacer, stock radius arms and brackets. Stock 07 track bar and mount and just machined the pitman arm to accept the 07 drag link end. I plan on swapping in the newer box when I convert to hudroboost in the near future. The rear isn't done yet but I have springs and the axle so hopefully it will lift it an inch in the rear with the newer springs

That is one nice looking truck sir. I appreciate clean body panels when I see them, being here in Wisconsin everybody's trucks are riddled with cancer. Keep up the good work it looks great

Can you please take a few pictures of how you modified the seat brackets?

Sure, the driver seat and back seat are unmodified, the center jump seat and passenger seat had to be. I'll snap a few pics when I get a chance.

Update: collecting parts for my efuel conversion so I can get the turbo set in. Also I may try to add a 4" down pipe when I do the turbo swap over to the 38r.

Just finished the rear axle swap, 07 rear springs and shocks. The overloads don't hit the exhaust and the helper springs don't hit the frame tabs like some have said in the past. Still had to get longer u-bolts, must be a camper special rear setup.

So I finished my hydroboost today took less than 2hrs start to finish. Super easy and I made sure I had everything I need, asked lots of questions and did my homework.

6u9z-2005-aa f53 motorhome hydroboost
Bolts right in

2001 f350 Superduty 1 3/8" master cylinder
Bolted right up and the brakes lines screwed right in

366200 + 365930 gates hoses off amazon

Modified pin location on the pedal from 3.5" to 2 5/8"

These brakes are now super powerful, doesn't take much pressure to get the truck to slow down and takes a little getting use to since they work so god and the others needed double footed to work.

Since my truck is a early it had a 1 1/8" master, so stepping up to the 1 3/8" master was the route I chose since I have 07 Superduty axles I wanted to make them function as close to how they would have in a newer truck

I hear ya. I sold the cab last weekend for ft my 06' donor truck. I'm hoping to start my conversion sooner than later, but time will tell lol. Also need to get the wheels redrilled and the hubs bored out.

Now that the truck drives and stops good, time for some increase in rwhp. Installed the intercooler his evening. I have stock pipes to be added but I'll have to wait till I can swap the turbo out. One thing checked off the list have about 5-6 more things left to do to be done with the truck I believe

Swapped in a 07 box last week. Some info on it as follows

Drill frame holes out to 9/16"
Bolts needed are m14 2.0 thread 150-160mm in length
Steering shaft bolts right up
Power steering lines are dependent on hydroboost or vacuum booster
No extra clearance was needed on my track bar bracket
