If you plan on doing much work on these trucks you need to know how to use a volt/ohm meter. It will save you hours of guessing not to mention being able to pinpoint a lot of the problems where a scanner isn't needed.

Check out YouTube, I am sure that there are dozens of videos on how to use one.

Read the manual, or go to YouTube. I'm sure someone has done a video on exactly what you're trying to do.

The scale that you put the meter on is going to depend on your meter. On the ohm scale some have a 10x, 100x, 1000x, and 10,000x to measure the ohms of a circuit. Cheaper meters have different plugs for the same scales and a common plug in. You want to plug one lead into the common and the other one into one that says ohms, if there are multiple plugs for ohms place it in the lowest there is above 5 ohms. If you have a dial scale place it on the lowest setting which possibly is going to be 10 ohms.

Then touch the leads together, the meter reading should be 0, if not you will need to read the manual to find out how to zero the meter.

After all this just follow the instructions on the sheet. Measure the resistance between the power feed for each injector and that sides ground. The resistance should be between 2.8 and 3.6 ohms, anything else you will need to trouble shoot it a little bit further but will know which way to go.
