99 2wd wheel fitment

any 99-07 2wd guys do anything with aftermarket wheels/fitment? From what I'm seeing the 08's are different axle width than the older trucks so the threads on those aren't really helping me out. Just trying to see some pics of aftermarket wheels and tires on older 2wd's and get an idea of what I'm going to do for my 99 when I do the DJM 3/5 kit. I know 4wd offsets and wheel fitment all too well but this 2wd 7.3 is all new....

I had 22x10 +13 I think or something with 285/45 tires and they sat about flush but when I get my 20x12s on I'll post pics
